WINEMAKING  METHOD – Made by soft pressing montepulciano grapes and fermentation off the skins
FERMENTATION – Limpid juice ferments at 16°C
AGEING – 3-4 months in steel tanks
BOTTLING – 4-5 months after harvest
COLOUR – Deep cherry pink
NOSE – Understated, delicate aromas tempt the palate with cherry hints and fresh fragrances
PALATE – Caressing in the mouth, a nice hint of pleasing freshness lingers
SERVING TEMPERATURE – 12°C-14°C
SUGGESTIONS – A fresh wine that is an agreeable companion for carefree evenings spent with friends
